Minimum Quantity or Multiples Requirement:
Some items have a minimum order requirement to qualify for the discounted price.
For example if a SKU is 12XU12345NAK-M96; this means must be ordered in multiples of 12 and minimum order of 96 applies.
If requirements not met we reserve the right to cancel orders without notice; or we will only ship the quantity qualified for the amount you paid.
Personalized Tags Minimum Requirement:
When minimum order requirement is stated for the personalized tags, the quantity of the favors must be of the same item same in colour, size, SKU etc.
If an order is made without meeting the requirement, we reserve the right to cancel orders without notice.
Order Status
To check your order status, go to the "Service", Account History page (requires signing in)
This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
OR
If you know the confirmation number of your order (emailed to you at the time of order placed) you can check on the "Service" page.
Shipping Costs
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.
For items destined for USA, you can can plug in your Zip/Postal code and click update.
However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Shipping is calculated to the nearest kilogram (KG)/ 2 lb using UPS, USPS and Canada Post published rates in combination with the destination and the total package weight.
THE VALUE OF THE ORDER IS IRRELEVANT TO CALCULATE SHIPPING; therefore, the shipping costs can be higher than the product value.
Stock
We make every effort to keep the website up to date; however, there is a possibility that certain items may run out of stock without notice as we sell in many different venues besides this official site.
We apologize if an item is out of stock after you placed the order; you will be notified as soon as possible.
